For several months, I have been in a 'war' with GameStop's customer support. So unless you are using guest checkout to quickly preorder something like the Fire Emblem Fates Special Edition, avoid and resist it as if it were death itself. However, you should just remove the last 3 words from that last sentence because GameStop customer support will not help you. When you make an order as a guest, you are unable to cancel it without customer support. However, you should NEVER check out as a guest if there is a 1% chance you may not hold onto the order. When someone chooses to purchase or preorder something from the GameStop website, they have the option of using a GameStop account or checking out as a guest.
